Who we are
Two South London Carpenters, based in Crystal Palace, building across London and beyond.
We design and build sustainable and practical pieces that are made to last - from bespoke kitchens and garden cabins to creative and attractive storage areas. It’s the blend of thoughtful design and skilled craftsmanship that drives everything we do. If you’ve got a project in mind, we’d love to help bring it to life.
Having grown up in Devon, building Meccano windmills, whittling arrows out of sticks and reinforcing dams in the river, I moved to London and became hooked on carpentry. I love the delicate precision it requires, and the harmony that must be struck with the materials.
My experience extends from building bespoke garden rooms and interior joinery I designed myself, to larger scale projects; helping build the iconic and award winning Canada Water boardwalk.

I’ve been hooked on making things since I was a kid, tying fishing flies for trips to the River Nith with my dad. Growing up in a house full of artists, creativity filled my environment. By 12, I was building oak boxes with dovetail joints and geeking out over the details.
I studied architecture at the University of Sheffield and CASS School of Architecture, where my obsession with form and function really took shape. After a few years in architectural studios, I swapped my computer for my grandad’s chisels and haven’t looked back.
